General equalization, which takes into account deformation of rocks, rocky contacts and filler of fissure – for system and chaotic fissure state was gained analytically. On the basis of experimental research of deformation properties of cement-clay grouts for grouted rocks, dependences of Poisson's ratio and module of deformation from crack opening were set, their 3–10-fold increase which rises stability of rock massif was shown.
