The analysis of the existent methods of evaluation of the economic state of enterprises is adduced; such analysis helps to find out the main advantages and disadvantages of those methods. The possibility of aggregative criterion usage for economic dynamics investigation has been substantiated, and the main requirements, which this criterion should satisfy is determined. Taking into account of specificity of enterprises economic activity was foreground. Threshold valuation of aggregative indicator of economic state has been substantiated with due account taken of the number of resultant indicators of enterprise activity and their nonrandom selection for analysis. Those factors help to calculate the threshold valuation with higher accuracy.
